Blessed Health Foundation LBG

Blessed Health Foundation LBG is the legal home of the Community Hypertension Initiative in Ghana. It is a company limited by guarantee, incorporated in Ghana on 17 September 2026 under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

The Community Hypertension Initiative in Ghana (formerly the Ghana Hypertension Screening Initiative, GHSI) is its first program.
